![]() ![]() Ezio proceeded to kill Cesare Borgia in Spain in 1507, and he headed to the old Assassin stronghold of Masyaf in 1511 to find out what the Assassins fought for. With all of them dead, Ezio proceeded to bring down Borgia rule in Italy from 1499 to 1503, resulting in the deaths of Rodrigo and his son Cesare Borgia's minions however, this also resulted in the death of his uncle, Mario Auditore. He was motivated to join the Assassins by revenge for Rodrigo Borgia's execution of his father and brothers, and hunted down his family's killers from 1476 to 1498. Ezio Auditore da Firenze (24 June 1459 – 30 November 1524) was an Italian nobleman from the Republic of Florence who was the Mentor of the Italian Brotherhood of the Assassin Order from 1503 to 1512. ![]()
